About Tabaki Care with Passion

Get to know who we are

At Tabaki Care with Passion, we believe good support starts with listening, understanding, and genuinely caring about the individual behind the plan.

Support shaped around you

We take a person-centred approach to disability support, which means we do not believe in giving everyone the same kind of care. We take the time to understand each participant’s needs, goals, routines, and preferences so support feels right for them.

This helps create a more comfortable and respectful experience, while also making it easier for participants to build confidence, maintain independence, and work towards the life they want.

Experienced care you can trust

Owned and operated by Registered Nurse Tashya, Tabaki Care with Passion is backed by over 10 years of hands-on experience in care. With a strong background in aged care nursing, Tashya brings practical knowledge, compassion, and a deep understanding of how to support people with a wide range of needs.

For participants and families, this means having a provider who not only understands quality care, but also knows how to respond with empathy, professionalism, and genuine respect.

More than support

A team that listens and advocates

At Tabaki Care with Passion, we know that many participants and families can feel unheard, overlooked, or unsure where to turn for the right support. That is why advocacy is such an important part of what we do.

We actively listen, communicate clearly, and work alongside participants, families, and other professionals to make sure each individual feels supported and understood.

Our role is not just to provide care, but to help participants feel empowered, respected, and more in control of their choices and future.

The values behind our care

What guides the way we support every participant

Our values shape every part of the support we provide. They reflect how we care, how we communicate, and how we build trust with the participants and families we work with. From respecting individual choices to providing honest and thoughtful support, these values are the foundation of everything we do.
